Chilled Iron Abrasive is a very hard recyclable abrasive, which breaks down on impact to expose sharp new cutting edges, which promote a rapid cleaning action, that is ideal for steel fabrications, structural steelworks and ferrous castings or materials where ferrous cross contamination are acceptable.

Chilled iron Abrasive is especially suited for blasting applications where an aggressive cutting rate, and rough profile.

It is generally used in blast rooms, as it can be recycled efficiently.
