These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and by accessing our Website and/or placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.

We thank you for your order/ purchase which is accepted subject to the following Terms and conditions of sale.

Cancellations – If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Your right to cancel an order for goods or services starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If you do wish to cancel an order for goods, you are entirely responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

  • The supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalised.
  • The supply of goods that have been unseal and are not suitable for return or have been used.

All goods cancelled / returned where the item is not faulty, or has been incorrectly ordered, ordered by mistake, ordered without reading the product description properly or change of mind will be subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee. Please supply proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged on return.

Returns

We will use our best endeavours to ensure sound material and workmanship and if any goods supplied by us proves to be defective in either respect, we will replace them as supplied or repair them (if practically possible to do either) free of charge if returned within 14 calendar days  from date of invoice and admitted by us to be defective. Further than this we disclaim any responsibility for any failure of material or defective workmanship.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your as store credit on www.blastsparesdirect.com unless agreed prior with the company to be place back on a credit card (or original method of payment)

Please note transport costs and transaction fee wont be refunded.

When a charge is processed, we incur costs from the card networks (VISA and Mastercard) and from the payment partners we work with. Because these networks establish the rules and guidelines for refunded payments, very often they will keep the upfront cost of a refunded transaction. Therefore, these costs are not refunded to us when the charge is refunded.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, if agreed to go back on card this may take longer depending on your card issuer’s policies.

All goods are supplied and replaced or repaired only upon the terms that we are relieved from all liability, except as above and that no warranty or condition of any kind, statutory or otherwise is to implied.

Auctions

All Auction products are Non Returnable and non refundable. Payment to be made within 1 day after the Auction has ended or will be re- auctioned. Postage and Vat to be added to all Auction items

Prices

All prices are as stated on these pages, less any discounts given in writing. The company reserves the right to vary prices and discounts without notice. All prices quoted are valid for X days (at the companies discretion) only or until earlier acceptance by the Buyer, after which time they may be altered by the seller without giving notice to the buyer.

Glass grit

As glass grit can be inconsistent N.A. Robson Ltd doesnt take any responsibility or offer any warranties for the glass grit product if it contains oversize or impurities. Glass grit rangers change all the time and can not be put down in size and will be marked Fine, Medium and Coarse.

Delivery

The majority of products on our website are available for dispatch from stock. If your order is received before 2pm , it should arrive with you within 2-3 working days to most UK mainland addresses. Where a product is not in stock we will advise you by e-mail of the lead time.

Next day delivery is next working day.

Order for Next day before 12 delivery have to be placed before 1pm.

Free Shipping does not cover shipments/parcels over 30Kgs.

Deliveries to EU/ NON EU countries from the day of dispatch will approximately arrive within 5-10 working days, please note this maybe longer depending on how the goods were shipped.

All NON Great Britain Deliveries will be on a DAP – Delivery at place basis, All Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver

The time of delivery is named subject to the non-occurrence of accidents to machinery, strikes, lockouts or other causes beyond our control and is without guarantee or penalty on our part.

Where the buyer refuses or is unable to accept delivery of goods when ready, the goods will be invoiced, such invoice being due for settlement in accordance with our normal terms

In the case of a parcel/order going missing with the carrier company either losing the goods or delivering them and taking a picture of the goods left in a safe place. We then have to go through the process of contacting the carrier company and finding out what has happened. If this process then goes to claim for the cost of the goods a replacement order will only be dispatched after a successful claim.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, all orders sent with UPS or a thrid party carrier will receive the tracking information by email.

  3.  If a coupon is used and an order and (in accordance with the cancellation policy) is cancelled at a later stage by the claimant, the coupon will no longer be valid.

General

Other contracts not to be cancelled unless by mutual consent.

1a. Risk shall pass to the customer so that the customer is responsible for the loss, damage or deterioration to the products :-

If the Company delivers the product by its own transport at the time when the products or relevant part there of arrive at the time place of delivery or in all other circumstances at the time when the products or a relevant part there of leaves the premises of the Company whether or not the Company arranges transport and where the products are delivered by carrier, any claims for loss or damage in transit must be made by the Customer against the carrier in accordance with the carriers conditions.

2a. Title to the goods shall remain in the Company until they have been paid for in accordance with the terms of the contract and in the event of the buyer failure to make due payment, the Company shall be entitled until payment in full for all such goods has been made by the buyer to withhold delivery of any goods which are delivered under the contract and in respect of which payment is due and which are still in transit or in the possession of the Company or it agents.

b. During the exercise of the Companies rights to withhold delivery under this clause the goods shall be at the sole risk of the buyer.

c. The Company shall be entitled to give written notice to the buyer that if the buyer fails within Seven days from the date of the notice to pay such amounts as may be due to the Company in respect of any goods already delivered to the buyer. The Company shall be entitled to enter upon and repossess the goods from the premises of the buyer or its agents.

The goods ordered will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the date of dispatch.

Many of our valued customers prefer to place orders on a credit account instead of paying by credit card upon order placement.

Blast Spares Direct is pleased to offer credit accounts to approved customers. To establish a credit account , we have a simple credit application that you can download, fill out, sign and email back to us. To maintain a credit account all invoices must be paid on time!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREDIT APPLICATION:

  • Customers are requested to complete all sections of the form.
  • Please make sure that the applications are signed and dated. Unsigned applications are invalid.
  • Please include the name, title, and contact details of a second person in your company for verification purposes. It is a good fraud prevention measure and protection for yourself, as it will avoid impersonators pretending to be employees of good credit companies.

Our credit policy is reasonable, the below bullet points provide an overview of our policy:

  • Blast Spares Direct offers a NETT Monthly credit account to approved customers that meet minimum credit standards. To maintain your account, all invoices need to be paid within 26 days of the Following month.
  • Blast Spares Direct accepts many forms of payment for accounts: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay
  • Any late payments will incur a 3% Late payment fee, this will be taken off future credit after the balance has been paid
  • Blast Spares Direct will contact our customers who have larger balances before the amounts are due as a courtesy call to ensure that the invoices are indeed received and will be paid on or before the required payment date.
  • Blast Spares Direct will send out emails to our valued customers that have outstanding balances that are past due. Overdue accounts will be automatically placed on hold until the outstanding balances are paid.

Once we receive your signed credit application, we start a 2-step verification process:

  1. First, we run a credit check report with Creditsafe, this will determine your maximum Credit amount.
  2. Secondly, we Email the references listed.

While the first step takes less than a few hours to turnaround, credit references could take time because of delays in receiving information from your listed references. Typically, credit applications should be processed within a 48-hour window.

Blast Cleaning Dislaimer

The acceptance of items for blast cleaning implies no warranty that these items will not be damaged by the cleaning process and customers should satisfy themselves that blast cleaning is suitable for each item, having regard to its condition,compsition & construction. If items are not collected within 1 month, we resrve the right to sell them.

Reblasting of items not collected at the agreed time/date will be charged extra.

Law and jurisdiction –

The contract shall be governed and interpreted exclusively accordance to the Laws of the England and shall be subject only to jurisdiction of the English Courts to which the parties hereby agree to submit.
