If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


We will use our best endeavours to ensure sound material and workmanship and if any goods supplied by us proves to be defective in either respect, we will replace them as supplied or repair them (if practically possible to do either) free of charge if returned within 14 calendar days  from date of invoice and admitted by us to be defective. Further than this we disclaim any responsibility for any failure of material or defective workmanship.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are entirely responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

You will not have any right to return an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

  • The supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalised.
  • The supply of goods that have been unseal and are not suitable for return or have been used.

All goods returned where the item is not faulty, or has been incorrectly ordered, ordered by mistake, ordered without reading the product description properly, will be subject to a 15% re-stocking and handling fee. Please supply proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged on return.  We do not supply goods on a demonstration or trial basis.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
