Our 270-002 High-production Suction Gun.

Our hand-held blast cleaning Suction gun is the equivalent to a BNP Suction gun can be used for any suction blast cabinet. The gun can be mounted in fixed position. Gun assembly includes gun body, orifice with locknut, O-ring and nozzle holding nut and a tungsten carbide nozzle.

The 270-002 gun directs a high-speed mixture of air and abrasive to quickly remove corrosion, mill scale, coatings, heat treatment residue, carbon build up, tool marks, and burrs.

The blast stream from a gun can produce a uniform texture or create an etched finish to increase bonding strength for coatings.

Works with most recyclable blast media glass bead, ceramics, aluminium oxide and some sizes of steel grit and shot. Select appropriate blast media for your application.
