About the AT-00 - 1" Abrasive Trap

AT-00 – 1″ Abrasive Trap is an important part of your remote control system because it keeps grit out of the Exhaust valve, preventing premature wear and tear.

This is accomplished by purging the air from your blast machine through a curved pathway and a fine brass screen that slows the air down and allows heavy grit to drop out of the stream of air so that it doesn’t get into the moving parts of the Exhaust valve.

The AT-00 – 1″ Abrasive Trap greatly reduces both the wear and tear on the remote control exhaust valve and exhaust muffler

We recommend emptying the abrasive trap at lease 2-3 times a day to keep your machine functioning properly.
