The Major Valve II HD (PCV-345-19) has larger Tungsten Carbide internals of 19mm orifice in the TC Sleeve.

The 4 bolt cap makes for easier disassembly and up to 2” Heavy Duty pipe bases.  Has some generic repair parts that fit other OEM valves. All versions have 1 ¼” valve inlet and abrasive clean out port as standard.

The Major Valve II HD (PCV-345-19) is our 3rd generation valve and has all the advantages of the original Major Valve and the Major Valve II, being a Normally Closed Valve complete with a 1” Clean Out Port.

The Major Valve II HD is designed for Heavier Duty applications where durability and maximum air and abrasive flow through is most important.  Manufactured with larger internal components than other Major Valves, and available with 2 internal Tungsten Carbide sleeve bore sizes, 19mm and 25mm.

Our 3rd generation extremely advanced metering valve :- The MAJOR VALVE HD Abrasive Metering Valve is an air actuated, normally-closed metering valve for use with a CONSTANT PRESSURE remote control system.

It is a normally closed, abrasive metering valve with instant, smooth response to pneumatic deadman controls. This valve shuts off abrasive flow to the nozzle and seals the tank at the same instant.

The MAJOR VALVE II HD regulates the flow of abrasive from an abrasive blasting pot. Metering valves create optimum abrasive blasting efficiency by controlling the desired amount of abrasive entering the air stream. A lean air and abrasive mixture provides faster cutting,
reduced abrasive consumption, increased productivity, and lower clean-up costs.
