About the RRMS 2000 Remote Control Valve (1 1/2″)

RRMS 2000 Remote Control Valve (1 1/2″) incorporates two valves in one Unit, the lower unit is for the compressed air inlet control. The upper unit of the valve is for the controlling of the exhaust outlet of the air in the abrasive Blast cleaning machine.

The RRMS 2000 Remote Control Valve (1 1/2″) provides a constant flow Clean dry compressed air is supplied to the unit at the LOWER 1/1/2″ port ‘Air Inlet’. The air is then released thourg the 1 1/2″ ‘Air Outlet’to the blast machine and blast hose. This is controlled via a pneumatic Deadman that is connected to the two 1/4″ inlet and outlet on the side of the unit via two airlines. The deadmans handle is connected  to the unit via our red/yellow twinline.

To Activate the two valves  simultaneously is achieved on closing the deadmans handle lever (holding it down).  On releasing the deadmans this will deactivate the RRMS 2000 Immediately. You can also deactivate the Valve by opening the petcock on the Valve Body. This is like the Emergency Stop for the valve.

There is also an option to supply Breathing apparatus from a 1/4″ outlet port on the bottom of the Remote control Valve.
